Private seclusion and beauty awaits you in northern Minnesota.  Northwoods’s Retreat is my private paradise which consists of 30 acres of wooded land with trails and 700 feet of lake shore.  A sandy beach and no public access make it a quiet seclusion.   This is my home so you will not find a crowd here.  Enjoy your days relaxing at the lake, stargazing at night and letting your worries slip away.

I offer a private setting on a truly beautiful Minnesota lake. If you are interested in fishing, canoeing, swimming, stargazing, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, or just plain relaxing, this is the place for you!

Since this is my home, you will not find a crowd here. I own 40 acres of land with 700' of lakeshore. A sandy beach and no public access!

I have one lake front cabin which has a king size bed, another full size bed, full bath, TV, DVD, refrigerator, gas grill, microwave, stereo/CD player, table and chairs for eating, lawn chairs, and all of the dishes, utensils, sheets and towels are provided.  Hot tub use is available in the main lodge.  The cabin is available May 1st through November 1st so you are able to enjoy all of the seasons.

If you prefer winter activities I have a guest room in the main lodge which is available for up to two people from November 1st to May 1st.   During this time you would enjoy cross country skiing, snow snowshoeing, warm fires, soaks in the hot tub and relaxation.   All equipment is included at no extra charge.  I also include home cooked meals during the winter months.   No pets are permitted during this time.
