North Lodge on Oakland Bed & Breakfast is your home away from home in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. Situated on a quiet side street, our restored 1904 stone house sits just five minutes from both the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville.

When you arrive at North Lodge on Oakland and enter our circular driveway, you'll pass under some magnificent mature trees - we've recently been honored by the city of Asheville for our efforts to preserve these beautiful trees.

Our Asheville B&B has 6 sunny, welcoming guest rooms, wifi internet, private bathrooms with showers, and central a/c. Each room has wonderfully comfortable bedding and cable television with a DVD player, and some rooms have fireplaces.

Each morning, we serve a three course country breakfast in this historic setting in the heart of Asheville, one of North Carolina's most charming towns. Vegetarian breakfasts are available upon request - let us know when booking. Our dining room (next to the sitting room and our inside porch) is Victorian-influenced, with French country furnishings, a large Oriental rug, and a corner fire place and brass and crystal chandelier.

There's also a guest refrigerator stocked with bottled water and soda, and fresh baked cookies in our snack pantry.

Our original front porch has been converted to an additional seating and entertaining room, with wicker chairs and accent pieces. Oriental rugs cover the wonderful restored pine floors, and the stone walls add to the ambiance of this cozy room.

Our beautiful gardens include a Mediterranean inspired fountain and a lighted gazebo, the ideal place for romance and relaxation. The gardens have over fifty kinds of flowers and herbs, and offer peace and serenity.

We can also provide in-room massage upon request for an extra fee - ask us for details. And we're happy to help you plan your visit and to connect you with great local restaurants, shops, and activities.
