As a theme room Inn, each of our sixteen rooms and suites are sassy, sexy, quirky and downright charming with a flare of a quaint, beach style cottage. Our five romantic themed suites have either a hot tub or a spa tub, and two have private balconies! Other rooms boast kitchenettes, ambient fireplaces, four-poster beds with pillow topper mattresses and flat screen televisions. Privacy is plentiful at our quiet inn and our beautiful rooftop deck is a great place to relax, sunbathe, read by the waterfall or watch a sunset over the ocean with our other guests. At the Atlantis Inn, we have many gay & lesbian couples who have stayed with us and find it to be a warm, welcoming Inn.

Tybee Island is only a four-mile by two-mile island on the Atlantic coast of Georgia with much of the natural environment still pristine.
Tybee Island also features casual nightlife, welcoming for all couples. Fannie’s Restaurant and Bar is known for an eclectic mixture of locals and tourists enjoying the ocean view, great food, live music on weekends and simply getting to know one another.
With Historic Downtown Savannah just a 20-minute drive away, there is no limit on the fun to be had: art galleries, historic and ghost tours, carriage rides, musical reviews at the Savannah Theater, local cuisine and strolling around picturesque squares of years gone by.
Plan on a night at: “CLUB ONE” for the most dramatic of drag queen shows in the South. This club is the home of Lady Chablis, from “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.”
The Atlantis Inn is just one block away from the beach, on the beach side of Tybee’s main street. Located in the heart of Tybee’s South-end downtown, we are within walking distance of beach department stores, art galleries, ice cream shops, bicycle rentals, restaurants, bars, and the pier and pavilion! Before setting out to explore Tybee or lie on the beach, enjoy a hot complimentary breakfast in our coffee shop (everyday in season).
