Welcome to the Neil Avenue Bed & Breakfast, one of the jewels of Columbus's Historic Victorian Village.
Our historic Columbus mansion, originally built in 1893 for furniture mogul Alfred Leroy Conklin, is located at 1237 Neil Avenue between 4th and 5th Avenues.
We're just a few blocks from the Short North Arts District, only a mile from Ohio State University, and the same distance from the Arena District.
We serve a great breakfast in our dining room every morning, using organic, locally sourced produce whenever possible. Our coffee is fair trade organic, and our water is reverse osmosis filtered..
All of our guestrooms offer queen beds, with hypoallergenic (no feather) mattresses and pillows. We're also eco friendly, using green cleaning products and no harsh chemicals. We take allergies seriously - if you hae any special requests, please let us know specifics when you make your reservation.
There;s also a game room for guest use - play cards, visit with friends, or watch our flat screen cable television. There's also a DVD library, books, and refreshments, including wine, coke, and beer - help yourself.
Our rooms also include high speed internet access, cable TV, and local phone calls.
We also have a music room with a baby grand piano - meet your friends, read a book, or play the oiano. Your host, Gene sometimes plays in the afternoon, and occasionally we host a Jazz Night.
