PRIVATE BIG ISLAND COTTAGE ABOVE THE KONA COAST
Enjoy everything Hawaii's Big Island has to offer from your own private cottage or studio, hidden on three acres with beautiful ocean views in up-country Kona.
Our Big Island bed & breakfast offers wonderful privacy, but we're close to the airport, fishing harbor, restaurants, snorkeling, golf, and Kailua-Kona's great shopping.
Enjoy a well-deserved respite in our adorable cottage or cozy studio. The peaceful country atmosphere and comfortable accommodations will help you experience the aloha spirit.
Each morning, you'll enjoy an in-room breakfast with Kona coffee, tea, muffins, breads, or pastries, tropical fruits and juices. Your wet bar is well equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave so you can be off on an early adventure or enjoy a private leisurely morning.
We offer two distinct accommodations:
Nahele Cottage ("Forest" Cottage) - Our B&B cottage was designed with comfort and privacy in mind. This private cottage is a separate guesthouse with bedroom, bath, living area, wet bar, and lanai (deck.) Beach towels and coolers are provided for your convenience.
The cottage includes a bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, living area, wifi, television, DVD & VCR, small kitchen, and lanai with ocean view.
Nohea Studio ("Lovely" Studio) - Our Hawaiian B&B studio is separate from the main house, with a private entrance, bath, wet bar, and lanai (patio.) The studio has a king-size bed and is appointed with charming island decor. Beach towels and coolers are provided for your convenience.
The studio includes a king bed, full bathroom, wifi, tc, DVD/VCR, and small kitchen and wet bar.

One night's deposit for stays of 6 nights or less 25% deposit for stays of 7 nights or more. Balance due on arrival.
Cancellations:
Deposits refunded with written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date less $25.00 processing fee. Full deposit forfeited with less than 30-day notice. Special holidays and events subject to 45-day notice.

Nancy's Hideaway was designed for the adult guest seeking a quiet atmosphere and respite from today's busy world. Therefore, parents are not encouraged to bring children under 13, as there are limited activities to entertain them. We do not have baby-sitting services available.
