A two night stay on weekends is required when booking the Side Oats Cottage, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Cancellations:
Full refund upon cancellation two weeks prior to reservation. Refund will be in the form of a check. If credited backed to credit card a 10% refund fee will apply. No shows, shortening the length of stay and early departures will be charged the full amount of any reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided.
