PRIVATE MOUNTAIN GETAWAY NEAR ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
Come to Mountain Laurel for a change of pace. It is located on the knoll of private cove on 13 acres. Mountain Laurel B&B is the peace and quiet and escape from the city and work life. Tho only 14 miles from Asheville you will feel like you are surrounded in the mountain reverie with privacy and gentle breezes.
In 20 minutes you can be in Asheville and be entertained by anything you may desire, including fine restaurants, Music and Art.
If you are up for action, you can go whitewater rafting, hiking or horseback riding (both only an hour away), mountain bike on great trails, go tubing on numerous nearby rivers, stroll through Historic Biltmore House, or shop for hours in Asheville's many and varied shops.
After a day of tripping about you can relax on the deck with your drink as you watch the sun set. We'll supply the glasses and ice.
As you arrive you may think you are in the middle of "no where" land, however you will have mountain vistas all around, and walking trails to stroll, a deck to relax on and peace and quiet. Hang out on the deck, read, watch a movie, or enjoy a gormet breakfast, you will have to relax and chill.
All the rooms have King Size beds and full private baths. Two baths have two person Jacuzzis. The Sunrise Room and the Sunflower room both have private entrances onto the main deck with big double glass doors and lots of light and views. Each of these rooms has its own private area on the deck.
The Hidaway room is the biggest room, and is upstairs, and also is the most private. It has a two person jacuzzi and full bath but no shower.
There are TV's and DVD players in each room, and Mt Laurel has a great DVD and VCR library.
Your breakfast will be your choice from a varied menu with selection like Blueberry Pancakes ( with Blueberries from our own patch), Eggs Benedict, Omelets, or French Toast. You host Lyssa is a great chef.
Stay at Mountain Laurel at any season and you will have a great time. In summer, you can pick blueberries, in the Fall gaze at the leaves changing, in winter you can slide down the back hill, in spring enjoy the blossoming of new beginning. Mt Laurel welcomes you at anytime!
