Featuring a huge, pillared porch and a massive, ten foot tall oak door, Moondance Inn will impress you from the moment you arrive at our doorstep.

Our Red Wing Bed and Breakfast sits atop a hill on two city lots, in the historic district of Red Wing, Minnesota. We're a short walk to downtown Red Wing's shops, restaurants, the 38 mile Cannon Valley Bicycle Trail, and the Mighty Mississippi.

Our entryway has twelve foot ceilings and a grand wooden staircase that leads up to our second floor. The Bed and Breakfast is decorated with original chandeliers, and the owners have retained the original gilded, stenciled ceiling as well.

We offer both large and extra-large rooms at the Moondance Inn Bed and Breakfast, and all of our rooms have high ten-foot ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and great Mississippi River and bluff views.

The main house at the Moondance Inn B&B has close to 6,000 sf on our three floors, and a finished basement. There's also a carriage house, where the owners live, as well as an 800 sf garage. Both buildings are built from 18" thick limestone block, from a local quarry.

We provide our guests with wine and hors d'ourves in Fridays and Saturdays in the evening, as well as full gourmet breakfasts on the weekends. During the week, we provide a great breakfast and cookies in the afternoons. If you'd rather eat in privacy, we'll be happy to bring you continental breakfast and beverages in your guestroom.
