The Miami River Inn Bed & Breakfast is close to everything - just minutes from both Miami Beach and the Miami International Airport. Built between 1906 and 1910, the b&b was restored to its original splendor in the late 1980's and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Special events ranging from weddings, conferences, and fundraising parties to tours and luncheons are a specialty of the Miami River Inn.

The staff will supplement any need selecting from our extensive list of service amenities. Anything from limousine services to hospitality tents and gourmet food will be provided for your special occasion.

The Inn has four cottages with a total of 40 rooms, each uniquely decorated with antiques and period pieces. Guests can occupy a first floor room with a porch that opens to the garden area or choose a room on the second or third floors with a view of the Miami River and downtown Miami to the east.

Most rooms have hardwood floors and are all decorated with brass, wood and wicker furniture. Room amenities include color cable television, touch-tone phone, central air and heat, ceiling fan and private bath.

The natural outdoor beauty of the property is reminiscent of a lush tropical garden. Beautiful flowers, soaring palms and other assorted native plants surround the pool and Jacuzzi area.

Guests and their families can enjoy breakfast in the garden courtyard. Kids will enjoy the pool and adults can relax in the evening with a glass of complimentary wine. The croquet green is always manicured for those who can meet the challenge.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A valid credit card number and expiration date or an advanced payment for the first night by check or cash is required to guarantee your stay.

Cancellation:
24 hour notice: the Inn must be notified of changes or cancellations by 6:00PM (EST) the evening before the guest's arrival. (72 hour notice during certain holiday weekends and special events). Any guest who has not met the appropriate cancellation policies and has a confirmed & guaranteed reservation will be charged for the first night of each room reserved.

Check-In:
Noon to 9 PM. Guest's arriving outside of these times must notify the Inn to make the necessary arrangements.

Check-Out:
Noon. Guests who wish to check-out late may make arrangements with advance notice.

Children:
Children under 3 years of age may stay free (no extra bedding required) and children of all ages are welcome with an accompanying adult.

Pets:
Well behaved pets are allowed, with prior notice, reservation and deposit.

Smoking:
Smoking is allowed on the porches and in the garden area only. ( A cleaning charge may be assessed for smoking in rooms).
