Deposits:
A deposit of 1 night's stay is requested within seven days of booking. Refunds will be made only if cancellation is received one week prior to stay. A 50% deposit is required with cash or checks.
Cancellations:
If changes or cancellation are made less than one week prior to arrival date, you will be charged for half of your total stay. If you find it necessary to cancel day of arrival or do not show, you will be charged for the entire stay.
