A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation of reservation, and the balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation up to 45 days prior to your arrival, however we will charge a 15% (of total rent) cancellation fee, deducted from your deposit (minimum $50.00).
If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival, you will not receive and refund, unless we are able to fill your booking with another reservation. For peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
