Reservations require 50% deposit-- balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund less a $25.00 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. If the reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. Call for Christmas policy on deposits and refunds – December 16th – Jan 5.
No refunds will be given for early check out.
