Loralei Bed & Breakfast is a 3 story Victorian home in Brooklyn, originally built in 1904, an amazing era when the NY subway was new, and electric lights lit up Brooklyn's Luna Park in Coney Island.

The Loralei B&B sits among hundreds of beautiful, historic homes along wide, tree-lined avenues in Ditmas Park, a historic district with one of the biggest groups of Victorian homes in the USA.

When guests arrive, they are always surprised at this historic Victorian enclave in the heart of New York City. Lance & Rob have owned the home for many years, and they have carefully restored the interior of this lovely home.

As you enter the Loralei B&B, you step into the past - from the wrap-around porch with its stately columns to the parlor, sitting room and dining room, which are decorated with restored antique furniture and accented with beveled glass French doors.

Lance and Rob have stayed in many inns during their travels, and they've used that knowledge to make their guests feel truly welcome at Brooklyn's Loralei Bed & Breakfast. The Loralei B&B hosts many visitors coming to Brooklyn to see friends and family, or to explore all the great aspects of New York City.

Manhattan is just 25 minutes away via the subway - an exciting place that many of our guests come here to enjoy. New York City is a great place to visit - it's the best and brightest its ever been. Spend the day at New York's many world class museums, and at night, visit one of our 18,000 restaurants and see a Broadway show.

Each of our guestrooms includes a/c, private bath, luxurious mattress and fine linens, Victorian decor and furnishings, television and cable access, wifi, and a second floor location.

Our Gramercy Suite is the home's original, sunny master bedroom. This room has 6 tall windows on three sides, warm cherry wood floors, floor to ceiling closets, a queen bed, and Victorian furnishings. The guestroom's private, full bathroom blends green marble, oak trim, and glass. There's also a little sitting room next to the bedroom. If you have three in your party, we ca accommodate you in the Gramercy Suite with a folding bed for an extra fee.

Our Sutton Room is beautifully decorated with a queen bed and three tall bay windows. The guestroom's private, full bathroom, next to this room in the hall, is accented with white marble and red, black, and white colors. We also provide luxury guest robes.

If you have a larger party, you can also rent the Sutton Room's elegant Sutton Sitting Room across the hallway for an extra fee. The cozy Sutton Sitting Room has 2 twin-size beds, and is also a great place to relax and read, use our wifi internet access with their laptops, or relax by watching TV. The private full bath at the end of hallway serves both rooms of the Sutton Suite.
