Le Septentrion B&B was established in October 1997. Newly constructed, the design truly supports a positive flow throughout the house. The main floor includes a large formal yet cozy environment for watching one of the latest DVDs, reading a novel, admiring the 86 gallon salt water aquarium or just sitting and chatting with friends around an inviting fire. Also on the main floor is the formal dinning room where breakfast is served with fine china, crystal stemware and gold flatware. Guests, electronically, select their personal breakfast menus and meal times. Le Septentrion's country fare is extensive and complete and no one leaves the table hungry.

All guest rooms are located on the second floor. They are tastefully decorated in international country themes and have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning units.

The Oriental Bedroom has a far off Asian mystical ambiance evoking meditation, serenity and contemplation.

The Roman room leads one back to ancient Rome and Italy with simulated Sistine Chapel charm and angelic repose. The lavatory includes a therapeutic tub for two and a separate shower stall.

For that bit of French... “je ne sais quoi”, we offer elegant country French charm in our French Bedroom with its private access to the upper balcony that overlooks the pool and spa area.

Next is the Egyptian slumber room with its arid portraits of the great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx.  Exquisite pastel desert coloration and earth tone ambiance.

Finally, our Atlantis Suite is truly an undersea dream come true. This room is large and airy.  It includes a 96 gallon freshwater Angel fish aquarium, a fully stocked kitchenette, a steam room shower, an in-room combination therapeutic-whirlpool bath, a fireplace and a surround sound TV audio system. To add to your comfort and privacy, breakfast may be served directly in the room.

All rooms include 20 inch flat screen TV, computer with internet access and wireless network capabilities, assortment of body lotions and soaps, robes and chocolates. Le Septentrion is a smoke free environment.  However it is allowed outside in all common spaces. Complimentary sodas, coffee, ice and use of a microwave are readily available on the second floor hallway.

Le Septentrion's exterior is very unique with its raised gardens, large heated flat bottom pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna and outdoor shower. Discrete clothing optional sunbathing is permitted around the pool and spa area.  Le Septentrion is built on 3 acres of very private forest land and abounds with local natural flora and fauna wildlife.

Located just one hour north from Downtown Montreal and 40 min. south of famous Mont-Tremblant ski resort, Le Septentrion is just outside the quaint village of Morin-Heights, Quebec near Saint-Sauveur village known for its exquisite dining possibilities and only a few minutes from the local ski resorts. The area is known for its world class cross-country skiing.

Le Septentrion is a Five Suns B&B, designated by Quebec Administration of Tourism. We retain our rating bi-annually under provincial government mandatory supervision.
