At the Hudson River Valley's Le Petit Chateau, we offer chef-prepared farm-fresh gourmet breakfasts and lovely pond views. We source all of our farm products locally to support our area farmers - farm-fresh eggs are delivered weekly, and our dairy products are from Ronnybrook & Hudson Valley Fresh.
We also purchase many other goods locally - our handmade lavender soaps are made here, as are the supplies of honey & Maple Syrup from Hummingbird Ranch. Even our tea purveyor, Harney & Sons, is a Dutchess County business and tradition.
When you stay at Le Petit Chateau, you'll eat well, you'll sleep well, and you'll be treated very well, too!
Talk with our professional chefs during breakfast in our "open" gourmet kitchen - ask them your culinary questions and they'll be happy to share some useful cooking tips and techniques.
At our Hyde Park inn, we also serve Artisanal Cheese Plates from Hudson Valley purveyors, and afternoon refreshments. We can even make restaurant reservations for you.

At Le Petit Chateau, we also work hard to run a green business - we make our own non-toxic cleaning solutions, and buy organic soaps for our bath, laundry, and dishwashing. We also use Seventh Generation paper products, and even dry our wash on our laundry line! We are as organic as we can manage, and we're also vegetarian. We recycle and compost, and there's a large garden on the property that provides us with seasonal herbs, vegetables and fresh flowers.
You'll also enjoy our lovely grounds when you stay at le Petit Chateau - a beautiful pond, towering pine trees and even a Christmas tree farm on a forty acre estate that provides year round beauty.
Our Hudson River Valley inn was Inn was originally built in 1900, and has been entirely renovated with modern amenities, including central air and heat. It is a quiet, peaceful property - take a stroll past our serene pond filled with ducks, great blue herons and turtles. And our beautiful (and large) carp keep the pond pristine year round.

Our reservation policy requires either a Major Credit Card and/or a check to hold your reservation. We will not charge your credit card until the day of your arrival, nor will your check be deposited until the day of your arrival.
Cancellations:
We Require a Five Day Cancellation notice. Please Contact us by phone to receive your cancellation number. We can not accept emails. We can not under any circumstances refund the room charges after the five-day cancellation period has begun. We also can not refund for early departures. There will be a $25 - $100 cancellation fee.
