Submit a Special Offer or Late Availability Notice

Innkeepers, if you have an upgraded listing on the Purple Roofs site, you can use this form to submit a Late Availability notice for our monthly newsletter and website listings.

Guidelines for Submitting Specials to Purple Roofs

  1. Special offers appear on the basic and Expanded Listings, on the side of varous pages on the site, and in our monthly spcial offers Newswire, mailed to more than 25,000 travelers, innkeepers, and travel agents/tour operators.
  2. You must have a Picture Listing or Expanded Listing on the site to use this feature. For more details on these options, click on one of the links below to upgrade your listing (remember, this will entitle you to use of the special offer feature as long as your listing is upgraded): Add a Picture Listing | Add an Expanded Listing
  3. Special Offers listed here should run no more than 2 consecutive months, and should start sometime within 6 months from the date of submission.
  4. Specials must include the percentage off or dollar amount off the nightly rate (ie: "10% off each night for Spring Fling", "$100 off 3nt package" would all be acceptable. "Spring Fling", "Lower Rates in January", "Quilting Weekend" would not.
  5. Please do not use ALL CAPS or all lowercase when typing out your notice. Text only, no website links or email addresses. We'll edit as necessary
  6. All listings must be received no later than 12 Noon California time on the date of the mailing (usually 6th and 20th of the month) to be included in the email portion of the Newswire. Listings received after this time will be held for the next mailing.

Should be maximum 2 consecutive months, and should start within 3 months from the date of submission. (only 1 start and 1 end date will be posted)
