Located just four blocks from The Plaza Allende LAS TERRAZAS SAN MIGUEL provides a selection of accommodations to suit your needs; from a large studio with a tree top terrace to a two bedroom and two bath residence. Each residence is on a separate terrace level. All have private patio or terrace. The winding access route provides a sense of discovery as you ascend from level to level through the gardens. Casa Grillo is a two bedroom, two bath home on the first level in an old colonial building with a large complete kitchen , living/dining room with high beamed ceilings and enclosed patio. It's an ideal place for entertaining. Approximately 1360 square feet.
Casa Mariposa is a one bedroom and bath private cottage with complete kitchen and living/dining room. Glass doors open onto a private landscaped patio and entry garden. Approximately 725 square feet.
Casa Colibri is a large studio unit with a complete kitchenette, sleeping alcove and terrace. There are beautiful views of the hills and city below from both the terrace and the interior. Approximately 470 square feet.
Casa Aguila is the uppermost casa of the four. It consists of a large loft style living/dining/kitchen space with a powder room and French doors to balconies on two sides which have an expansive view. There are two bedrooms with their own baths accessed from the exterior. This is the owners' residence and is not frequently available. Approximately 1320 square feet.
