Short bike or drive away- fish (no license required), picnic, hike at Eckley Pier Coastline Park. 3 miles to 2000 acre Crocket Hills Regional Park: Horse back ride or mountain bike on Kestrel Trail to sweeping views of SF Bay & Mount Tam.

12 minutes to Rodeo on Hwy 80 or to Martinez on Hwy 4. Antique radio collection, home library, BBQ on lower deck. Nice china & flatware, laundry room, washer, dryer, iron. Town folk colorful & friendly.

POLICIES

Deposit:
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon reservation. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival that deposit is fully refundable. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rent. The advance payment includes the damage deposit. Balance of rent is due at least fourteen (14) days before arrival date.

Cancellation:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. 100% of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
