Lake Street Commons is only four minutes by foot along the lake shore from downtown Saugatuck and the Mason St. Art Center - you'll find wonderful restaurants, interesting shops, and many other waterfront. And you won't need a car to get around.

Lake Street Commons was originally called the Comey House, the name of the original owners who built it in 1870. We've been working to renovate the home, - we're more than halfway through our restoration plans.

Lake Street Commons offers two rental units, each a thousand square feet, with full kitchen - dishwasher, coffee, tea. Each also has a full bathroom, private entrance, queen bedm sleeper couch, and lots of privacy.

The apartments also have private decks, and wonderful Lake Kalamazoo views. Sit and watch the sunset over the first. There;s also a patio with barbeque grill, an eight man jacuzzi, and a firepit where you can have a campfire at night.

Lake Street Commons is also just a few minutes from Oval Beach by bike or car or thirty minutes on foot through downtown, and then take the chain ferry uphill to the beach, one of the best beaches in the US, with miles of beautiful sand dunes nearby.

Our apartments are perfect for families looking for a Saugatuck getaway. We'll give you all the comforts of home.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation. A check payable to "Lake Street Commons" or a credit card number will hold your reservation.

Cancellation:
Your deposit is refundable up to seven days before your intended arrival date (less a $10.00 administration fee.) One month cancellation policy for groups. Should you have to cancel your stay with less than seven days, we will refund your deposit (less a $10.00 administration fee) if we are able to fill the room.

4:00pm Monday through Friday. Call for early check in and. Check before arriving for any changes.
