Ken's Place opened in the fall of 2001. It is a grand old house in the mid-town section of Kansas City. It has many elegant touches and blessed with space. There are 6 bedrooms available. 3 have private bath and the other 3 share a divided spacious bath area. Two of the rooms have a private balcony. All rooms have cable television with DVD or VCR players available. A complimentary breakfast is served in the dining room. Added last year was an 18 ft above ground swimming pool. The hot tub will be installed in April 2003. There is ample off street reserved parking. You are only a two minute walk to two gay bars.
Room #1...Large bedroom with queen bed done in an Egyptian motif. No private bath.
Room #2...Small room with double bed done in a Princess style. No bath but a private balcony overlooking 38th Street.
Room #3....Unusally large room with one queen bed done in an English style with private bath and fireplace.
Room #4... Small room with double bed with excessive mirrors including the ceiling. No bath.
Room #5....Spacious room in a nautical theme with queen bed, private 3/4 bath, and large balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Room #6....The entire third floor is in a jungle motif with private bath, several beds, kitchen, and a hidden nook with leather sling.

Cancellation:
Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to two days before. After that a 50% cancellation fee of one night will be charged to your credit card.
