BED & BREAKFAST "

Kennedy Manor Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of historic Jefferson, Texas, and offers B&B accommodations and a wonderful gourmet breakfast.

Six guest rooms have antique furnishings, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with clawfoot tubs and showers, climate control in each room, phones and cable TV.

Kennedy Manor B&B was originally built in 1860. Our large downstairs common area features 14' tall ceilings and original cypress hardwood floors. The B&B's second story was added in 1901, and it was used as a boarding home for a number of years. The house was restored in 1989, and was then opened as a bed and breakfast.

We invite our guests to spend a relaxing evening in our music parlor playing the turn-of-the-century piano, or our antique Packard pump organ. Or curl up with a good book in our library, or look through our collection of books and magazines.

You should also take the time to enjoy our private gardens - a great place to relax or to hold a special event or occasion. We can also arrange an in-room massage or a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through our historic neighborhoods for you and your partner.

The Kennedy Manor Bed & Breakfast pampers our guests in a historic Victorian atmosphere. Our guest roomsalso have private baths, individual climate control, cable television and telephone. Each luxurious guest room features antique furnishings and ceiling fans. All of our upstairs guest rooms open into a small sitting area.

Our rates are double-occupancy, excluding taxes.

Getting up early? Help yourself to coffee from our hospitality rooms. We offera gourmet breakfast each morning at 9 am.

Call us to find out about special weekday rates. We have a two night minimum on weekends.

Jefferson is a quaint, small town with tourist attractions that will remind you of the city in its prime. Jefferson's streets are lined with antique stores and gift shops, and horse-drawn carriages and trolleys travel the original brick-paved roads. Just a block away from downtown, the riverboat tours of Big Cypress Bayou provide a great outing.

Evenings in Jefferson provide live theater productions and a number of great restaurants.

POLICIES

Deposit:
All reservations made by phone are held with a major credit card. A deposit of (1) one night's room rate plus taxes will be charged to your card when the reservation is made and the remaining balance will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation:
A $25 per room cancellation fee is charged for cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 8 days before arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, then the full room rate for your entire stay will be charged. If room is re-booked, only $25 charge applies. Please ask for more details
