Chincoteague is located between Virginia's Eastern Shore mainland and the famous Assateague Island - enjoy the Chincoteague National Refuge, Assateague National Seashore, Assateague Lighthouse, Eastern Coastal migratory birds and the wild ponies.

We're Chincoteague Island’s most historic B&B, having played a role in island history since before the days of the American Civil War.  This romantic Bed & Breakfast is also host to several beautiful weddings, receptions, and various group events throughout the year.  The 1848 Island Manor House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to stay for any occasion.
