Summer rates are in effect from May 1 through November 30 (except for holidays and special events)

Winter rates in effect December 1 through April 30th

Rates in room categories are based on occupancy as follows:

Student & Junior: single occupancy
Standard, Deluxe or King Studios: single/double occupancy
Suite: up to 4 persons
Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guests add $25.00 per night, per person
Rates are subject to change and are subject to all applicable taxes(13%)
Rates during holiday periods and all special events year-round may require minimum stays at higher rates.

POLICIES

Deposit:
A deposit of half the minimum due to confirm reservations, with balance due upon check-in.

Cancellation:
A full refund is guaranteed for cancellations made 14 days prior to arrrival date. Refunds for last minute cancellations or shortened stays are subject to the room being re-rented for the reserved period of time.

Check-In:
Check in time is 2 P.M., however, we try to have rooms ready by noon. You are welcome to check in earlier, providing the room is ready. If you arrive earlier, we will be glad to hold your luggage and place it in the room as soon as it is ready.

Check-Out:
Check out time is 11 A.M. However, we will be glad to hold your luggage and provide you with facilities to shower and change after the beach if you have a later flight.
