Breakfast at the inn is always a gourmet delight served in the main dining room. Hors D'oeuvres and seasonal refreshments are offered every evening, either on the lawn by the pond or in front of a roaring fire. And finally, in the evening, find a homemade surprise waiting for you in the comfort and luxury of your room.
Cloaked in seven wooded acres, each of our guest rooms is a peaceful retreat in its own right. Each room is dedicated to a famous author, and in many ways, every room tells a story.
We are located just 40 minutes from Philadelphia, a little more than an hour from New York City, and minutes from New Hope, Peddler's Village, Trenton, and Princeton.

POLICIES
Deposit:
A one-night deposit or half of stay (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation:
* $25 processing fee is applied to any changes or cancellation of a reservation.
* 7 day advance cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a refund of deposit. Cancellations 6 days or less prior to check-in for a weekend reservation will be charged for the entire reservation.
* 14 day advance cancellation notice must be given for holidays, holiday weekends and Valentine's Day in order to receive a refund of deposit. Cancellations 13 days or less prior to check in for a holiday, holiday weekend or Valentine's reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.
* Reservations changed from a two-night weekend stay to a one-night weekend stay will result in a charge for both nights.
* Additional surcharge to one night stays may apply.
