Purple Roofs Offers three types of listing upgrades:

Picture Listing: Adds five pictures to your basic Purple Roofs listing. A single thumbnail-size pic is added to the basic listing itself, linked to another page with five full-sized pics.

Cost: $89/1 year; renewals $89/year - Upgrade to a Picture Listing

Expanded Listing: Adds a full page Expanded Listing to your basic listing. This is a single page website, including five pictures, map and weather links (where applicable), a five hundred word description of your property, a reservation request form, facebook-twitter-tripadvisor links, and a free five year membership in our home trade directory, Mi Casa Su Casa. This listing also adds you to the Select Listings section of the site.

Cost: $225/1 year; renewals $109/year - Upgrade to an Expanded Listing

Featured Listing: The Featured Listing is an add-on to the Expanded Listing - you must have or purchase a full page Expanded Listing to add the Featured Listing. The Featured Listing is all about placement - we allow two (and only two) featured listings on each of our local area pages. This upgrade copies your basic listing at the top of the page, along with an attractive "Featured Listing" header, so visitors to the page see it first. You also get a space in the rotating Featured Listing section on the Purple Roofs home page (under the map), and when travelers use the Purple Roofs accommodations site search, Featured Listings come up first within state/province, too. These are first-come, first-served, and are not available to travel agents and tour ioperators at this time.
