Reservations:
Reservations for 3 nights or less must be accompanied by full payment. For longer stays, a 50 percent deposit is required, with the balance payable upon arrival. Minimum stay 2 nights; 3 nights over holidays.

Cancellation:
There is a $25 non-refundable cancellation charge. Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date to ensure a full refund (less $25 cancellation charge). If cancellation is less than 14 days, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented.

Pets:
Pets are welcome in First Mate's Suites. There is a $25 per stay fee fore pets. Pets left in the room alone must be crated.

Smoking is permitted only on the deck.
