CHARMING 1841 GREENWICH VILLAGE GUEST HOUSE
Incentra Village House was originlly built in 1841, and is in the heart of New York City's historic Greenwich Village. Our staff welcomes guests to our cozy double Victorian parlor, which offers two fireplaces, antique furnishings and artwork, and even a 1930's baby grand piano.
We have thirteen unique suites and studios, many wth kitchenettes and working fireplaces. Our larger suites can handle groups of up to four guests.
Incentra Village House and much of the surrounding neighborhood is designated a historic landmarak preservation area. As a result, our quaint residential neighborhood still feels like the early nineteenth century New York City.
The many brownstone lined streets with front gardens, ornamental ironwork and intimate private courts add to the area's wonderful charm.
When you stay with us at Incentra Village House, you'll enjoy our many local shops, restaurants, fitness centers, taverns and clubs, as well as easy access to all of New York City's attractions.
Most of our suites have one double bed, but some offer separate beds. Each of our studios has a private bathroom, a/c, television, phone, and coffee maker; many also have a kitchenette and fireplace.
