Our in-town location is right on historic Bellevue Avenue just 5 minutes from the Newport mansions. Step our our front door and you are in the heart of the "City By The Sea" with its antique shops, clothing stores, galleries, boutiques, ocean beaches and the largest historic district in America with its 18th and 19th century points of interest. The decor of the inn's eight guest rooms and suites recalls that time of
Newport's gilded period of fine fabrics, fireplaces, antiques and original worked of art. We will serve you our own special blend of fresh ground Hydrangea House Coffee, home-baked breads and granola--as well as our incredible raspberry pancakes, perhaps or seasoned scrambled eggs in puff pastry.
Breakfast is served in our formal dining room decorated in rich colors of reds, golds and browns, four foot candelabras and crystal chandelier. Be assured, a Hydrangea House Inn breakfast will last the day and energize you for your Newport experience!
Reservations are accepted for a minimum of two days on weekends and three days for all holiday and event weekends. Guests are encouraged to check availability online or call the inn as reservation configurations sometimes allow us to disregard this policy. Rates subject to change without notice.

POLICIES
Reservations:
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit to cover the first night accommodations. A 50% deposit for reservations of more than three nights is required.
Cancellation:
A full refund of the deposit (minus a 10% cancellation fee) will be made a cancellation is received before 14 days of the arrival date (Please note special storm cancellation policy below) . Cancellations received within 14 days of the check-in date will forfeit the deposit unless the inn is able to rebook to another guest the exact number of days in the original booking. Any reservation made with 14 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made and the reservation may not be cancelled.
