Hoyt House has 10 large guestrooms, a heated pool and jacuzzi, four public salons with original hand-tiled fireplaces, afternoon snacks, bicycles, a fully stocked video library and relaxing, rocking porch swings.
Luxurious leather couches by the fireplace invite you to sit and relax with a glass of your favorite drink, or listen to a piano serenade played by another guest.
Our beautiful gardens include a heated pool with and jacuzzi. Lounge chairs, umbrella shaded tables and an old fashioned gazebo complete the relaxing scene. What a wonderful place to spend a lazy afternoon, after a day at the beach.
The garden and Gazebo can be decorated for weddings and other special occasions hosted on the landscaped grounds of Hoyt House.
The view from our wrap-around veranda is of the historic St. Peter's Episcopal Church, originally built in 1861, the site of many beautiful celebrations and gatherings.

2-night stays are required for most weekends. Special events may require longer stays. Please call to check availability.
Deposits:
50% deposit or 1 nights lodging is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Credit card only accepted for deposits. Balance due on departure, no checks please.
Cancellations:
Deposits, less a $5 credit card processing fee, will be refunded at the end of each month provided reservations are cancelled within 1 - 3 room nights-----7 days prior to arrival; 4 - 6 room nights----14 days prior to arrival; 7+ room nights, Special Events, Holiday reservations-----30 days prior to arrival. Please Note: ' 3 rooms for 2 nights ' = 6 room nights, which requires 14 days cancellation notice. If you are unable to give required notice...Deposit is forfeited if reserved nights can not be re-sold. You are charged for items pre-purchased for a package reservation or by special request (i.e. carriage rides, beverages, cakes, flowers, tickets). Ask for details.
