ROOMS AND AMENITIES
The 4600 square foot Ranch House was completed in 2001. Enjoy plenty of outdoor living with an additional 2200 square feet of covered portals and private patios. A Feng Shui practitioner participated in the design and building stages in order to balance life force energy. Using "green building" techniques throughout, the innkeepers selected straw bale for it's natural origins as well as the insulation and "outsulation" properties. Using reclaimed timbers and siding from an 1860's era Tennessee tobacco barn saved over 16,000 board feet of newly milled lumber. The massive hand hewn beams, vigas, antique gates and 14' ceilings lends to the rustic elegance of this new Bed & Breakfast. Enjoy the beauty of hand troweled plaster walls, brick floors, wide bancos and expansive views along with the aroma of pinon wood burning in the fireplace in the Great Room.
All of the guest rooms have gorgeous mountain and High Desert views, private bathroom with hand tiled shower and floor, tub and a private patio. A bountiful gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room, or al fresco if you like, and is included with each night's stay. The coffee and tea bar is piping hot in the guest hall every morning at 7 for early risers. Every guest room has a seating and reading area and is furnished with antiques, King beds, down pillows, kiva fireplaces and decorated with unique artwork. One room is handicapped accessible.
