Hawi Hideaway is a brand new vacation rental cottage in the oldest district of Hawaii, on the northern tip of the Big Island of Hawaii.

Hawi Hideaway offers a thousand square feet of living space, including a full kitchen, bathroom eith tub and shower, two lanais with views of the Pacific Ocean and Hana, Maui in the distance, and a sleeping loft.

The living room has a queen-sized bed that can sleep two, separated from the main room by a bamboo screen.

The sleeping loft has a queen-sized futon that can also sleep two. This room is under the slanted roof, so head room is short, and the stairway leading up to this room is fairly steep.

Our Big Island vacation rental cabin also features a 21" television with Dish Network, a DVD/VCR player, and CD/stereo. The cottage can sleep up to four guests, and there is a three night minimum.

The cottage also has fans, an iron, a private phone (long distance calling not included), wifi internet access, and two parking spaces, one covered, one in the open. It's surrounded by Norfolk pines.

The full kitchen includes a refigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and a complete set of silverware and cookware.

No Maid Service is provided during a stay. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

POLICIES

Deposit:
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques, The Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
If the unit is re-rented any payments made are fully refundable, except a $100 cancellation fee. If it is not, then the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Check-In:
After 12:00 PM - may be flexible upon request.

Check-Out:
Before 3:00 PM - may be flexible upon request.

Children:
No children are allowed under 7 years old.

Pets:
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).

Smoking is allowed outside the unit.
