The Guesthouse At The Quarry is a quiet, luxurious bed and breakfast about an hour north of Seattle, close to the seaside town of La Conner, Washington.

The Guesthouse has panoramic views of the San Juan Islands and Puget Sound, as well as countryside views of the Skagit River Valley, the largest tulip farms in the world.

The Guesthouse at the Quarry sits on the estate of a well known artist, Joseph Kinnebrew, and combines elegant gardens and a magical setting to create a place you'll remember long after you've returned home. The property is reminiscent of a European estate, and was fashioned from an old quarry that closed down over sixty years ago.

The owner has spent the last ten years converting the old quarry into a place of beauty, with wonderful gardens, babbling water features, and samples of his work.

Nearby La Conner has many great places to eat and boutique stores for shopping. We can also have a wonderful local chef prepare a meal for you at the guesthouse for a romantic evening with your partner - just let us know in advance.

We're also close to Whidbey and Camano Islands - use the Guesthouse as a base to explore Northwestern Washington State.

The Quarry has appeared on a number of national television shows, and in many regional and national print media.

POLICIES

Deposit:
All reservations must be secured with a 50% deposit that is payable when making your reservation.

Cancellation:
A three week cancellation notice is required. If less than the required notice is given we reserve the right to charge for any nights we are unable to rebook The Guesthouse.

Check-In:
4 PM to 6 PM (Please advise us if you will arrive after 6 PM)

Check-Out:
Before 11AM. Your consideration of our arriving guests is appreciated.

Smoking:
Outside only and please use the ashtrays. (Guests who smoke inside will be charged a $150 cleaning fee)
