Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast is in the center of West Palm Beach's downtown, in the Grandview Heights Historic Neighborhood.

We're just five minutes from City Place, the renovated and upgraded civic center - walk to fine dining, theaters, outdoor cafes, clubs and bars, and boutique stores.

Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast is also close to The Convention Center, Palm Beach Atlantic University, the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the resort island of Palm Beach, and just ten minutes by car from The Palm Beach International Airport. We aso offer bicycles for guest use.

We're surrounded by tropical gardens on Howard Park, just across from the Armory Art Center,. The home was originally built in 1924, and we've renovated it, restoring the property to its original Spanish Mediterranean glory. Grandview Gardens feels both lucurious and comfortable, and each of our guest rooms has a private entrance, so you can come and go as you please.

Our suites all overlook the thirty foot swimming pool via french doors that open up onto a private terrace. Rooms are spacious (about 400 square feet), and each is unique, decorated to complement the Spanish Mediterranean flair of the property. Rooms also have a king bed, walk in closet. writing desk, and a sitting area.

Guestrooms include ensuite bath, a/c, ceiling fan, cable television, radio, phone with DSL internet access, coffee maker and tea, and a refirgerator.
