Welcome to Grand View Inn, a wonderful Victorian Captain's house originally built just before the Civil War. Our Provincetown bed and breakfast is in a quiet location just one house away from the pulse of busy Commercial Street's restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment.
Situated in Provincetown's beautiful, historic West End, the Grand View Inn B&B has some of the best harbor views in Provincetown.
There are great views from several of our guest rooms - and especially from our two decks - where you'll enjoy panoramic views of Provincetown Harbor, Land's End Lighthouse and the hills of the West End.
Our Provincetown guestrooms are reasonably priced, and guest parking is available. We also welcome your pets at the inn.
Every morning, we serve an expanded daily continental breakfast.

Deposits:
Deposit required to hold your room for stays 3 nights or longer is 50% of the total room rate. 100% deposit for 1 or 2 night stays. Deposit by check due within 7 days of making reservation. Balance is due upon check-in. We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks are accepted for deposit. No checks are accepted at arrival.
Cancellations:
If cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a processing fee. The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation is made less than two weeks prior.
Check-In:
2:00 pm. If you are arriving after 5 pm, please call to advise us of your arrival time.
Check-Out:
11:00 am. for you and your car
Pets:
We welcome your pets for a night fee per pet. We ask that you keep your pet under your control at all times. You are responsible for any damage done by your pet in the room, common area or on the property. Please keep your pet off the furniture and bed. If your pet disturbs the other guests (barking, aggressive, etc) we have the right to ask that you kennel your pet. No refund will be given if your pet is required to be kenneled.
Parking:
We have limited parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Because we cannot guarantee parking for all of our rooms, we ask that you let us know the time of day you plan to arrive. This will assist us in at least trying to secure a parking space for your vehicle.
