Reservations:
A two-night minimum applies to some holiday and weekend reservations. Selected periods are subject to a three-night minimum. Please call the innkeepers to see if a two or three night minimum is required. All requests for reservation changes must be confirmed in writing.
Deposits:
Reservations will be guaranteed and confirmed via email. Full payment is required for stays of one night. One night's deposit is required for stays of two to three nights. A two-night deposit is required for stays of four nights or longer. A 50% deposit is required for bookings exceeding four nights. Bookings made within 21 days of arrival must be paid in full.
Cancellations:
We impose a strict 21-day cancellation policy, since cancellations impact us significantly due to our limited size. Unless we are able to resell the room - cancellations for any reason with less than 22 days notice - will be charged in full. Late arrivals or early departures are also charged in full. Some peak periods require a 30-day cancellation period. We charge a $30 per room processing fee on all cancellations. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.

3-7 pm. Guests who expect to arrive after normal check-in time should make special arrangements with the innkeepers prior to arrival date.
