Come stay with us at Glenculloo Cottage, which is named for the stunning valley where it is located. Known by the locals as "Glown", our valley offers an idyllic country setting of patchwork-green pastures and heather-covered hills, on Keeper Hill Scenic Drive in North County Tipperary.
The Mulkear River winds through Glenculloo Valley, and can be heard babbling softly from the cottage's front door.
We renovated Glenculloo Cottage to be our personal holiday home, and it now offers an atmosphere that many vacation rentals and high-volume B&B's lack. Our guests can enjoy either a unique self-catering vacation rental experience or a highly personalized Full-Service B&B.
Set in the peaceful Irish countryside, the central location of Glenculloo Cottage is close to many popular tourist destinations for daytrips. Guests can also take advantage of our Personalized Tour Service during their stay.

The renovation of Glenculloo Cottage was done with guests in mind. Visitors enjoy both modern comfort and convenience along with old-world charm. We took great care to preserve the integrity and character of the original cottage and barn, which were originally built in the late 18th century.
Our new addition is nestled behind the original cottage at the base of the Glenculloo foothills. It has three bedrooms, modern baths and laundry facilities. The furnishings are fitting of a country cottage and blend seamlessly with the original structure. At the end of the day, say your farewells to the rest of us(typically found chatting, singing, or drinking by the fireside), and retreat to your bedroom sanctuary where you can read, meditate, take a hot shower, or just climb into a warm bed.
Each morning, breakfast is served by the fire, and you can leisurely sip coffee or tea as you anticipate your day. Our cozy parlor, with its original hand-carved fireplace, is a guest favorite. Here, warmed by a fragrant fire, guests can enjoy an evening cocktail, watch television, read... or just relax.
Glenculloo Cottage hosts your group exclusively during your stay - you'll enjoy the cottage as if it were your own, and feel completely comfortable.
