Deposits:
ith greater than 14 days until reservation date, you may secure your reservation at the time of booking with a 50% deposit (minimum one night's lodging) via credit card. If paying with a check, pre-payment in full is required. Within 14 days of reservation date, 100% pre-payment of your total reservation is required.
Cancellations:
All cancellations incur a % of full reservation cost administration fee. Greater than 14 days from reservation date: Your deposit, less the administration free, will be refunded. 7 to 14 days from reservation date: Your deposit will remain charged to you. Less than 7 days from reservation date: Your entire reservation will be charged to you.

Gateway Guesthouse is designed for adults. Children under 16 are not permitted.
Pets:
There are pets living in The Gateway Guesthouse. Both our dogs are hypo-allergenic but our cat is not. If you have allergies or prefer not to engage with animals, we suggest The Carriage House, The Loft or The Studio for your stay.
Smoking:
Rooms are smoke-free, smoking is allowed outdoors. Please be considerate of smoking around other persons or where it may blow into open windows. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be asked to pay a charge to cover additional cleaning services.
