Fundy Beach House is a large four bedroom house on the beach, open all seasons, and looking over Fundy Bayay and Cape Split. Originally built in the 1800s, the house has large main rooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and features fantastic panoramic views.

The Fundy Beach House is quiet, spacious and tastefully appointed as a luxurious rental home, and has an expansive Great Room, a comfortable living room, 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. The house accommodates families and groups up to 10 people, including children.

The Fundy Beach House has been completely restored and renovated in 2004. The work was overseen by a Canadian architect who was recently profiled in Canadian Architect, and it has 3,500 sf of comfortable living space on two floors.

The cottage is furnished with both classic modern furniture and period antiques. Set apart from the rest of town by wild blueberry fields, and perched on the banks of the Bay of Fundy on the Atlantic Ocean and Fox River, the Beach House is close to wide beaches and has amazing views of both Cape Split and the North Mountains of the Annapolis Valley.

The Great Room's Chef's Kitchen has a wide, 13 foot long marble counter island, a stainless steel dishwasher, and microwave. The Great Room also features comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing after a day out. Just outside is a 10 by 20 ft deck for taking in the air and ocean and village views.

The separate living room/dining room have a long dining table for large meal gatherings, and very comfortable upholstered sofas and chairs. From the living room, you can see ocean, river and village views on three sides.

The Fundy Beach House has 3 huge bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and chairs, giving you a welcome private retreat. A fourth bedroom has four twin beds, perfect for families or children. The master has an en-suite bathroom and a private deck.  The second bedroom has a private walkout. And all bedrooms have a private sink and washing area.

Fundy Beach House's amenities include a phone, a fully equipped, modern kitchen, all cooking utensils provided, and well linens/towels.
