We offer four distinct rental options:

The Main House South: This room is on our second floor, with a king bed, wonderful views of our pond and grounds and the Vermont hills, and lots of sun and a great cross breeze. The room also has a/c for our rare warm nights, and also boasts a full bath tiled in beautiful blue handmade ceramics shared with the North Room.

The Main House North Room is the mirror image of the South Room, complete with king-size bed and a plush yet firm pillow top mattress. The North Room also has central a/c and beautiful views of the perennial gardens and surrounding meadows. A generously sized full bath tiled in beautiful blue handmade ceramics is shared with the South Room.

The Deluxe Barn Suite - this seven hundred sf suite is paneled in beautiful red oak. The Barn Suite is in a separate building from the Main House, and has 2 queen beds and a queen pull-out couch and private bath. The Barn Suite also has a dining table, TV DVD and audio system, kitchenette with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, as well as a full set of dishes and flatware. A large private balcony with great views of the property, is the perfect spot for sunbathing and afternoon cocktails with it's chaise lounges cafe table, and umbrella.

The Brook Cottage, a small cottage next to our babbling brook. Surrounded by pine and oak trees and beautiful ferns, this cabin features peaceful views, and the wonderful sounds of the creek that runs through our property. There is no plumbing at the cabin - guests use a full in the main house, just 100 yards away.

We only use high quality Egyptian cotton bed linens in all of our rooms, and our pillow top mattresses are extremely comfortable.

There are many great things to do in Southern Vermont - including great hikes, antique shops, cross country skiing, and several clothing optional swimming holes.

We offer several short trails on our own property for naked hiking. There are also longer (non-nude) hiking trails close by, including the Appalachian Trail (30 minutes by car and Townshend State Park.

We're just half an hour from Mount Snow and Stratton ski resorts, and close to Prospect Mountain and Wild Wings Cross Country Ski touring centers.

Newfane also has two river valleys, the West River and the Rock River. Just upstream from where these two rivers meet, four miles from Frog Meadow, you'll find several deep, clear water swimming holes with a long tradition of nude bathing.

There are also a number of other mixed beaches close by: gay and straight, and nude. Scott and Dave can direct you to the best places.
