The condo is beautifully furnished. The living room includes an entertainment center with a CD player, 25” TV, DVD, and VCR. A wide selection of DVDs and VCRs is available in the condo. Sliding glass doors will lead you from the living room to the screened porch, which has a table, chairs, and ceiling fan.
Don’t need 3 bedrooms? Try them all out for variety! The large master suite has a private bath, king-sized bed, two chairs, 19” TV, and VCR. For the young and young-at-heart, a Disney-themed room has twin beds. The Spanish Palm Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and19” TV. A second bathroom is located between the Disney-themed and Spanish Palm bedrooms.

Reservations:
Reservation will be confirmed after signed contract is returned and $275 deposit is charged.
Deposit:
A $70 cleaning fee is charged for a stay less than 6 nights. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation:
Guests who cancel reservations 29 days or more prior to check-in date will be charged a $75 processing fee. Those canceling reservations 28-22 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 25% of total rental amount. Guests canceling reservations less than 21 days before planned arrival date will not receive a refund. For your protection, travel insurance is recommended -- available at 6% of total rental amount when reservation is made
