From our colonial period rooms with four poster beds and wide pine plank floors to our tastefully appointed country antique style rooms, each room is furnished with antiques and reproductions, color cable tv (most have vcr also), air conditioning and outgoing telephones. Many rooms offer wood burning or gas fireplaces and ceiling fans and some have private entrances and refrigerators.

Reservations:
Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to periodic adjustment without notice. Taxes are not included in rates. During peak season, we suggest making reservations well in advance. Minimum stays may apply at different times of the year.
Deposits:
To guarantee your reservation of two days or more, a 50% deposit is required. To confirm your reservation for a one night stay, full payment is required.
Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy requires 21 days notice prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If you cancel with less notice, a refund will be issued only for the nights that we are able to rebook your room. Cancellations within 48 hours of stay would put total amount due at risk unless we are able to rebook your room. A $50 cancellation fee plus tax applies to all deposit refunds.

We're sorry that The Fairbanks Inn cannot accommodate pets. However, that doesn't mean you cannot bring your pet on vacation with you. Ask for a referral to a local kennel.
