Designed with you in mind, Eureka House Vacation Rental Home sits on 12 private acres yet is just 5 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

With 2 bedrooms plus an oasis sunroom, families or groups from 1-6 people can be accommodated comfortably. Privacy abounds and, through design, both floors access ground level. A large yard is perfect for kicking back or just hang out on the decks or patio and enjoy the vistas. The upper deck is like being in a treehouse - complete with outdoor barbeque grill.

The large gathering area is adjacent the spacious full kitchen complete with Jenn-Air cooktop. For the serious chef, there is also a built in oven and microwave. Dinnerware, pots and pans, and even a blender makes cooking easy.

Gorgeous sunsets will compliment your evening meal and lure you to wander the gardens or walk the grounds.

Morning coffee is a real treat as you greet the day in the sunroom of Eureka House. Overlooking a valley, the treetop views invite the sunrise and beckon you to kick back and relax a bit more before the day begins.

Want to just relax and watch some of those movies you haven't had time for? The entertainment room at Eureka House is so comfortable you won't want to ever leave.

Satellite TV, DVD, VHS, FM all with great surround sound and lots of comfy furniture. Or just pick out a book and curl up for an extended read or nap.

The master bedroom features a grand view and entrance to the woods beyond and a large walk-in closet, so bring or shop. . . you have plenty of room.

A large laundry room features a commercial sized washer and dryer as well as convenient folding table, iron, and ironing board. For business or extended stays, Eureka House makes it easy.

Are you traveling and touring on a motorcycle? Or attending a specialty car show? Or maybe, you just like to have your car or boat under cover. No problem, Eureka House features an oversized finished 2 car garage with opener. Plus, we stock towels in the garage to keep your baby looking great. And our concrete drive and circle driveway makes for easy access.

Just 1/4 mile off US 62 on pavement, Eureka House is easy access to the entire area. Within an hour to Branson, MO, and to Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, AR.

POLICIES

Deposit:
50% of your total room rate for the number of nights specified is due within 7 days of reservation. Payment in full is due within 30 days of arrival. If making reservation within 30 days of arrival, then full term rental rate is due and payable at time of reservation.

Cancellation:
All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $45.00. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded minus the $45.00 cancellation charge. The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. No refunds will be made for early departures, late arrivals, or if the number in your party decreases.

Check-In:
3:00 p.m. (CST). No early arrivals, please, as we will be preparing the home for your stay just before you arrive.

Check-Out:
11:00 a.m. (CST). Issued keys should be left on the kitchen counter. Lost keys will be charged at $15 per key. If keys are subsequently returned, a refund will be given. Please insure that all doors, sliders, and windows are securely locked and lights are turned off. We are not responsible for items left in the rental home.

Pets:
We do not allow pets of any kind on the property. If evidence of a pet is found inside the home, you will be charged a minimum of $75 for additional cleaning. Failure to comply with our “No Pet” policy may result in eviction and loss of all deposits.

Smoking:
Smoking is allowed outside only. Ashtrays are provided. If evidence of smoking is found inside the home, you will be charged a minimum of $75 for additional cleaning. Failure to comply with our “No Smoking” policy may result in eviction and loss of all deposits.
