Deposit:
To guarantee a reservation, we require a single night's rate via credit card or personal check.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Cancellations made less then 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the reservation total.
