Dripping Springs Inn and Cabins is located minutes from Estes Park Colorado, and Rocky Mountain National Park, high in the Rockies, on a beautiful trout stream called the Big Thompson River. We are 2 hours from Denver International Airport by car, and an hour from Boulder, Colorado.

Wildlife viewing, hiking trails, horseback riding,fly fishing, golfing, climbing,fine dining, shopping are found in the area. Be out of touch for awhile and enjoy the mountain scenery! At the Inn are outdoor Hot Tubs and a Steam Sauna to enjoy during the cool mountain evenings. Lose your worries with the sound of the rushing river water around you as you swing in a hammock.The aspen leaves quake from the breeze created by the hummingbirds wings.The cool thin air is filled with the aroma of pine, and summer never comes in the Rocky Mountain National Park. Sleep like you have never done before, the river lulls you into tranquility. Or wade in and try your hand at catching some of those famous Rocky Mountain Trout. The Bed and Breakfast Inn caters to couples and singles alike in a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Romantic nights are our specialty!

The vacation cabin rentals are designed for enjoyment of the whole family. We welcome families with children at this section of the inn. There is ample room around each cabin for children to have a wonderful time. We have 7 cabins of varying types to choose from. The Inn was built around 1926 and has seen the area grow into a wonderful recreational area for tourists. We are located just 1 1/2 miles outside of Estes Park, in the Roosevelt National Forest. If you are looking for a quiet retreat that is simple,and comfortable, and want to avoid the crowds of town, please come be our guests. You can escape to this natural haven and yet be only minutes away from all the attractions that Estes Park is famous for.

Dripping Springs Inn and Cabins open this season in late April, and there was more snow this winter, so fishing will be great, and fire danger will be a bit less.

POLICIES

Deposit:
Reservations made prior to arrival require a 50% deposit and the credit card is processed at the time of the booking. If paying by check or certified funds, the check must clear within 7 days of your stay.A credit card is required to make a reservation even if paying by other means. The full balance is due upon arrival. Travel insurance can be purchased from your travel agent or online and is advised.

Cancellation:
If you must cancel, notification 30 days or more before your arrival is necessary to recieve a refund, less 20% of the total, for processing fees. If canceling in less than 30 days from your stay, your deposit will be forfeited. You may be assessed a penalty for changing dates. No date changes are allowed 14 days prior to your stay.

Check-In:
Check in Time is 4 pm to 8 pm. Office hours are from 8 am to 8 pm mountain time. You must notify us in advance to have an early or late checkin time.

Smoking:
Dripping Springs is a Non-Smoking Inn. Under Colorado Law we can assess SEVERE monetary penalties for persons who violate our policy by smoking inside.
