POLICIES
Deposit:
50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment in full is expected at check in.
Cancellation:
If cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to your arrival your deposit is forfeited. Failure to show for your reservation will result in a full charge.
Check-In:
Between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Alternate check in times need advanced notice.

Children over 11 accompanied by an adult are welcome at the discretion of the innkeeper.
Pets:
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. However, we do have a resident cat and Pembroke Welsh Corgi to amuse you (they are NOT allowed into the guest rooms). We are happy to make arrangements for your pets at a local kennel.
Smoking:
No smoking of any kind is permitted on our property. Non-compliance will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
