Dexter's Inn is steeped in Provincetown history. In the early1800's the site of Dexter's was part of a farm that supplied draft horses for local work.

Because of its proximity to the Provincetown Harbor, it was later converted into a fish salting and drying compound, explaining the high content of salt scattered throughout the property to this day.

Located in the heart of downtown Provincetown, just a short walk to Commercial Street, shops, restaurants, art galleries, and clubs.

We have 15 rooms, 12 with private bath, 3 shared. All rooms feature Color Cable TV, air conditioning, daily maid service and phones.

Our unique clustering of rooms allows for private entrance from deck or patio.

POLICIES
Deposit:
A 50% non-transferable deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Deposit due on making reservation by Visa/Master/AE. Deposit by check due within 7 days of making reservation. Reservations made within 3 weeks of arrival date must be paid by Credit Card. Balance due upon arrival by Visa/Master/AE, money order, bank check or cash. Personal checks are not accepted on arrival.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be received 4 weeks prior to date of reservation to receive a refund. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks before stay is to begin will result in forfeiture of deposit. All refunds are subject to 15% service charge no matter when reservation is canceled. No refund for early departure.

Between 2:00 and 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM please call
