Dawn Ranch Lodge is a century-old guest ranch on the Russian River, renamed in 2006 in celebration of the rare Dawn Redwood, originally thought have been extinct for fifteen million years - we have two if these magnificent trees on our property.

Dawn Ranch Lodge sits on 15 acres among beautiful, towering redwoods along the banks of the Russian River in Guerneville, California. We're only 20 minutes from the Pacific Coast, and offer a peaceful, rustic atmosphere blended with modern style and conveniences.

Dawn Ranch Lodge offers fifty-one newly remodeled cottages and cabins, from cozy poolside rooms to charming two-bedroom cottages overlooking the meadow. Each of our renovated cabins have new, natural fiber luxury beds, fluffy down comforters, and an elegant country ambiance. There are no telephones or televisions in our guest rooms - you can really get away from everyday life when you stay with us.

We offer a number of accommodation options:

• 1 room cabins with queen bed and full bath (sleeps 2) 
• 1 room cottages with a king bed/full bath (sleeps 2)
• 2 room chalet with queen bed in the front room, and a sunny sitting room separated by french doors. Full bath (sleeps 2)
• 2 room cabins with front room sitting area, queen bed in the bedroom. The rooms are separated by a bedroom door. Full bath (sleeps 2)
• 2 bedroom creekside cottagea with queen bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other. Separate sitting room, full bath (sleeps 3)
• 2 bedroom creekside cottage with a queen bed in each room.  Separate sitting room, full bath, and a small deck (sleeps 4)
• Olive's Cottage, our most accommodating and historic suite.  2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Features a  patio, furnished living room with a fireplace, furnished sun room, wet bar and refrigerator. Full bath (sleeps 4)

Each of our cottages fits harmoniously into the stunning landscape of ancient apple orchards, bamboo groves, grassy meadows and wonderfully landscaped gardens.

If you're planning to marry your partner, the long meadow at Dawn Ranch Lodge is a spectacular setting for your wedding.

Dawn Ranch Lodge also features the award-winning Roadhouse Restaurant, with an extensive wine list from the Russian River appellation, known for their fine Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. The restaurant also serves fine organic produce from both Napa and Sonoma counties.
