Cancellation:
A 14 day notice is required for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented. A stay of 4 nights or more requires a 14-day notice for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented. Groups of 3 or more rooms require a 30-day notice for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented. Any room not re-rented will be charged the full room rate. Cancellations will be charged a $35 fee per room to help us recover costs, regardless.
