POLICIES
Deposit:	A credit card or 50% deposit is required to hold the room. Some rooms are large enough to accommodate a third person at a cost of $25.00 per night. All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to CT tax.
Cancellation:	If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us within 7 days. We regret that we must bill the full amount of the room if we are not notified of your cancellation.
Check-In:	Check in is after 3:00 PM. We are flexible will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Check-Out:	Check out is by 11:00 AM. We are flexible will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Children:	We regret that we do not have the facilities to accommodate children under age 13 yrs
Pets:	Please ask about our pet policy.
Smoking:	For the comfort of our guests and the preservation of this historic property, we do not permit smoking in any of the guestrooms or common areas.
