Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays. A cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations 21 days prior to the date of arrival. All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of MA.

The Inn is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Since it is not an appropriate environment for children, no one under the age of 16 is permitted at the Inn at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.
